Coach Gallagher has graduated thousands of players who go on to achieve better results in their High School and College basketball careers. Our "students" learn the fundamental skills as well as the advanced intricacies of sophisticated offensive sets, the essential building blocks for higher-level play.
Coach Brian Gallagher is the founder of Team Triple Threat, and has been coaching basketball for over 20 years. Prior to starting T3 AAU basketball he directed the youth basketball program at CYP.

Coach Keith Gallagher is the Co-Founder of Team Triple Threat.
He doesn’t take himself too seriously, but he takes his job very seriously.
He’s serious about the growth and development of his players as human beings, as students, and as athletes. He’s serious when it comes to his own education, striving each day to learn something new as a coach, as an educator, and as a mentor. He has never, nor will he ever assume he’s learned everything there is to know about the game despite a wealth of knowledge that dates back to his days as a star player in his own youth.
He’s serious in his determination to create a competitive, but supportive atmosphere in which his players can grow, can thrive, and can become the best versions of themselves both on and off the court.
He’s serious in his resolve to teach his players how to conduct themselves with class and dignity while maintaining a tenacious desire to win.
He’s serious about continuing to build a program that’s capable of contending with the best in the country, all the while acknowledging that there are more important things in life than basketball.
Keith Gallagher is serious about his job, but he doesn’t take himself so seriously that the game becomes no longer just that; a game. He knows how to strike that balance between both recreation and hard work, and the desire to have a good time and the desire to win. He is a valuable asset to the full-time coaching staff, adding his collegiate experience and coaching success at all levels of competitive AAU basketball.
Coach Toni Messina has been coaching competitive basketball for over 30 years. Prior to joining the T3 team, she served as Assistant Director to the youth basketball program at CYP. As a coach, she has taken teams to CYO county championships and has won several tournament championships. As a teacher for over 20 years, her approach to the game is very systematic, focusing on each player's individual strengths as they contribute towards a cohesive team unit.
